Our project was quite extensive, dealing with an open floor layout 3-level contemporary home in Trumbull: conversion from oil to propane gas (via their partnership with Rural gas), installation of a brand new heating and A/C by Carrier® with a heat-pump, on-demand water heating by Rinnai, plus installation/re-routing of new ducts, and placement of new registers in bedrooms. Tyler also handled the entire financing process, allowing me to obtain a zero interest loan over 84 months, as part of an energy saving program. The whole project was completed in(a timely manner and within projected budget.
The system is flawless! Very quiet, very efficient! Our consumption of propane gas is well below projected usage by the gas company. On demand water tank only takes a few seconds to run hot water, and the heat-pump is working great. We are very pleased with overall products and service.
