So it's weird to rave about a heating & cooling service call, but small local businesses need, and deserve, praise when it's due. And it's due. Chris L. was a repeat visitor to check on our systems and, consistent with the visit last year, he was friendly, thorough and provided excellent recommendations. A/C and furnaces are such a serious expense, that it's crucial to maintain them to extend their life and quality. If you're making an appointment, definitely ask for Chris L. I only wish he could fix my refrigerator too. p.s. There was no filter shaming when he took out the GROSS OLD ONE. This speaks volumes.

Our tech, Christopher, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our current issue with our AC unit, as well as answering our questions in detail. He was able to fix our issue, but also helped prepare us to plan for the future given our unit is getting older and provided information about what would be needed in the future. We were also able to get someone out relatively quickly, given we card during peak season. Would highly recommend!

We have used several(at least 6) AC companies over our 20+ year tenure at our residence, but Tyler blows away all the others. Their employees are conscientious, show a high degree of competence, are polite and provide excellent customer service. Even the little things, like putting down dropcloths to protect your floor and wearing shoe covers in the house vs in the work areas. It all comes together to make for a much better experience, and a great value for your money.

This customer just moved into his home and didn't realize the light switch he was turning on and off was actually the switch to his Carrier furnace. He called us for no heat and after checking all obvious places, we found a random switch was off. Lesson Learned.
