“All went very well. They had someone there in less than 48 hours. The tech was courteous and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. It is a very old furnace, so I appreciated that they didn’t tell me that it had to be replaced. They did say it “should” be replaced, which no doubt is true, but they went ahead and did the repair to keep it ticking. I do appreciate that kind of attitude.
