The Super Service Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a business by Angie’s List, a leading crowd-sourced review site for the home service industry. Each year, Angie and her team scour their long list of qualified businesses within each service area, selecting the top providers in each industry to be recognized with this outstanding award.
“Companies that can meet higher demands without missing a beat in their exemplary performance standards truly do stand apart from their peers,” said Angie’s List Founder, Angie Hicks. “Only a fraction of the HVAC companies in the New England area were able to do it.”
In order to qualify for consideration for the Angie’s List Super Service Award, a company must have an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade on the platform.They must also be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. And of course, above all other things, they must have an exhibited an exemplary year of customer service to both new and returning customers.
