Air Conditioner Tune-Ups

This is easily our most popular spring maintenance plan! While you might not be flipping on that AC just yet, you’ll want to get a move on it sooner rather than later. After all, there’s nothing worse than a malfunctioning AC on a scorching hot day! Our traditional air conditioner maintenance plan includes:

• Cleaning the condenser coil, condensate drain and blower motor
• Inspecting the filtration system and evaporator coil when accessible, and adjusting blower components where needed
• Lubricating moving parts and tightening electrical connections where required
• Inspecting for refrigerant leaks and monitoring refrigerant pressure
• Testing the condensate pump and starting capabilities
• Measuring air temperature differential, amperage and voltage

Furnace Tune-Ups

Furnace tune-ups are best done before the heating season begins, but it’s never too soon to sign up for them! Some customers will elect to have their furnace tuned up during the warmer months as well, so they’re all set when winter comes around again. Our traditional furnace maintenance plan includes:

• Testing for carbon monoxide leaks and safety controls
• Cleaning the burner assembly, ignition assembly and blower motor
• Inspection the filtration system and adjusting of blower components where needed
• Lubricating moving parts and tightening electrical connections where required
• Calibrating your thermostat
• Checking the flue draft and combustion
• Inspecting the vent piping and humidification system
